Don't know about the timing of the blood but if I recall, I thought it was Rain or Ermac who fell into the krypt and eventually it involves some kind of sceret. Hadn't played that game in several months and used Youtube to walk me through and I found all the known areas by that time.

Yeah but Ermac was already still there. When you initially enter The Pit for the first time you get something from him but now I cannot even remember. I just thought it was odd that all the pillars now had blood coming out of them when I could have sworn none did, then you speared open the first one yet the others remained closed? Of course since I completed the Krypt to get the unlockable photos, etc. I only go in for Kronika's sphere things and the shrine thing. Once in a while I will relock it and redo again.

Maybe when you initially enter the pit bottom, and the blood fountain is plugged, they don't flow until you go back in after unplugging it?

They're off until you unplug one?

Can't say for sure, the game is so detailed.

I found out who fell. Not sure if anyone else has found this but the hidden yell and skewered person I did not see until I put on Kenshis blindfold. A ninja that looked like Reptile was impaled on the bloody pile where the vulture is found. The one with a path behind it. I claimed additional soul fragments and the body vanished. Thing is I didn't see the body until I put on the blindfold? Odd huh?

Slight update to this since last night. This may be purely coincidental because I want to believe there is something in the Krypt. I was playing the Krypt and as I entered the Courtyard from the original starting point which is where I was I swear I could have seen the old UFO from MK1 fly across the moon. At first I thought I imagined it and then also thought maybe another structure made it appear as though I saw it so I attempted to recreate it by doing the same steps and I could not do it. All I can say is that there is something different within the Krypt and Pit since we first played the game or it is just me wanting to hope there is. Anyone else see things flying across the moon?
