so just a theory or thought...... what if in the non revenants Timeline, Kitana was always the good daughter and listened to Shao Kahn therefore he never had Mileena created?

In the non revenant timeline Kitana betrayed Shao Kahn and sided with Earthrrealm. Eventually she waged a war with Shao Kahn to free Edenia from Outworld.

Mileena was created before Kitana turned on Shao Kahn, in both timelines.

In fact, in the new timeline, Kitana turned on Shao Kahn because Mileena was created.
