Anyway, I think it'll be a brand new character or Onaga. Personally, I want Tanya to be the next sub-boss. I think they could expand on her dragon control thing, which would make her a lot more powerful and fit with Onaga. Also she's deceptive enough to be the sidekick of any boss really

I think Shang will have something to do with it what I am not sure perhaps he will try and bring back onaga or someone/thing just as powerful to help him overthrow kotal, raiden etc...

In my opinion, I don't think Onaga will immediately appear next game.

A new character will take over. A new sorcerer - an alchemist, who acts one of Onaga's acolytes preparing for his return. But as a sub-boss.

Liu Kang or Raiden will act as the final boss.

I'll say Liu Kang is the new boss. Raiden while dark will still be 'good' because he's defending Earthrealm. The heroes old and new will rally against Lius forces.

Ed Boon loves Blaze so it most likely will be him as the main boss and Shang Tsung and Dark Raiden as the sub bosses.

Don't expect for MK11 to have a new fresh boss. All Ed Boon and his team know how to do is reuse prior bosses. So it'll most-likely be Shang.

I hope it's Onaga.

They need to do something good with evil Liu Kang and Kitana, I hope they don't waste that potential.

The idea of one boss is outdated. It should be a battle vs. 2/3 stronger versions of otherwise playable characters with finally a more stronger character like a Blaze, Onaga, demon Shinnok etc. However, this character should not be just a dumb goon with a lack of versatile moves and just throw you around,jump on you or shoot fireballs.

I picture something like this:if it is let's say Liu Kang, Kitana, Dark Raiden under a spell you could fight 1 or 2 of them followed by Shang Tsung and finally Boss (preferably new!). Another could be like Noob / Smoke, fight both followed up by Dark Raiden etc.
