Ok first.. I am not a pro gamer. But just for this game i buyed Razor Atrox Arcade Stick.
And I am not disappointed. But you can also play MK11 with the X-Box gamepad. Both i working great.
Man I just looked that up, the Razor Atrox that looks so cool.
Me I'm going to use the Switch's controller it comes with, maybe the Pro controller, idk if I want to spend that much

Now I really really wanna ask! XD

I think I played MK on an arcade like maybe 2 or 3 times as a kid, tops. I was too young and in too much of a rural area when arcades were at their height to ever really be an arcade player. There was no way any adult in my life was gonna take a seven year old to the ONE arcade at the mall and hang around there for a couple of hours while I played. I am sure I would play horribly with a joystick.

I own both a PS4 and Xbox One but I'm probably gonna get it on Xbox. If I have the extra cash I might pick this up later in the summer since it's not too expensive:

I think w a pad you have more precise movement. Plus on a stick the isn't a good option for pushing the right stick that I'm aware of. But a stick feels really good for this game. It's a tough call.
