Well, I for one am stoked if it’s Jade. I also would be stoked to see Kitana too. Basically, I’m just excited.

Jade’s always been “just” Kitana’s friend to me. She never really stood out a whole lot. I have a bit of hope for her since her MK9 ending, but, at the same time, fear that will just be explained away with something uninteresting. Hoping their presentation blows me away.

You can say that about pretty much everyone in Mortal Kombat 9. MK9's storymode is pretty much Mortal Kombat Annihilation bad. I don't see a problem with female sexy outfits, but the female outfits were out of character with pretty much every female with a massive lack of creativity in their outfits. They all looked the same.

Anyway, I glad Jade is back, but I hope the MK team can do her justice unlike pretty much everyone in MK9.

She was a revenant in MK9 too, she was just the only fallen hero they didn't have in MKX for some strange, weird reason. That was so weird. Still is. Seriously, where the fuck has she been for 25 years?

Super shitty character. It was so boring seeing her. And that fatality was also lame just like her fatal blow.

How come since Injustice stances look very akward in comparisson to MK9.. Is that you Osu16bit :( MKx was king in akward stances (and animations)

Pretty sure they didn’t mean to show that. Such an uncomfortable silence when the animation started and I’m pretty sure I heard one of them whisper “shit” lol.

The GOOD:

I like her moves! She looks fun to play as!

I love her intro's

Her alternative costumes finally have the right skin tone.

Good fatality, though Baraka's fatality stole the show.

The BAD:

I don't really like the brown tones (on her costume) on her, and I don't like it Jade also gets different colored designs, I mean, Jade is mostly green (there is some purple jade in the gemstone world though)

I don't know if I like Jade being another Revenant, I was hoping on something more. She doesn't seem to work for Kitana though, as she said in a conversation with Baraka.

Her fatal blow isn't really something I like, why she doesn't use her staff in it? Where did the Skarlet-like blade come from? At least use her boomerang-razor.

Her staff isn't purple anymore, I hope we can also change that though, but the green glow is kinda boring compared to the beautiful purple she used to have.

I can't wait to see more and to see her role in the story.

Gameplay wise she looks amazing.

Kabal's main skin in MK11 is his revenant skin. Hence the greyed out skin on his arms.

You're right. But also there, Kitana and Liu Kang are the bigger evil in this game, not fighting them would be such a slap in the face.

It seems Jade isn't with Kitana, my bet is still that she now works for Kronika...

In one intro I heard something about her seeing ahead in time like some oracle? She sees Baraka being dead in the future, that sounds like a Kronika thing.

Or she's just so confident she's going to win the fight :D.

I've never much cared for Jade, but I love this design. NRS is doing some weird stuff this go-round where most of my favorites have meh designs and most characters I was meh about have some of my favorite designs.

She needs more green in her outfit.
