The shoulder armour also changes for that hoodless design. And that is a noticable difference to Scorpion's primary outfit.

Noob's hood/mask change isn't as obvious until you compare them side-by-side.

I found the one where he was wearing a white hoodie far weirder.

Was it supposed to be a hood? I always thought it was a Judge Wig which just made it all the more confusing to me.
