Same here, bought the MK11 Ultimate package (Steam) with two kombat packs and the online features are not there. Installed the latest Nvidia drivers and turned off the RGB Peripherals feature in options (as suggested elsewhere) but still nothing. Any suggestions would be helpful. Running 970GTX on windows 10

Only Suggestion I Have Because I dont Have a PC Yet is Download the Xbox App and Cross Play On The App From PC to Xbox. You Might Need To Purchase the Game again from the xbox Store. But If you want to use Steam you should just buy MK9 it was way better in my Oppinion it dont have all the new Skins and content but the Online fight Mechanics are the Best IMHO.
