So I was told there was no issue. The keys can drop from any chest type (normal, hidden, soul) but are extremely rare. I responded and basically said that I paid for a game with the purpose of being entertained. Adding challenges is a welcome part of any game, but paying $60 and relying on luck rather than skill is bullshit. I can get the same disappointment by playing the lottery and without all the extra work. They thanked me for my feedback. *eye roll*

WOW! That is some BS. They have not went as far as to tell me that as of yet. But sounds about right. After all they already have our money for the game. I'm still going to follow through with them on my end.

This is what I got in my email today.

I feel your pain. I dropped 283,743,876 in the krypt today and got no skeleton keys.

It's frustrating because I can't see the rest of the game. It's hided by this ugly lottery and impossible to do.

Unless they get this fixed I more than likely will not buy anymore MK titles. Which is sad for me to say.

Anyone find any keys as of yet? I've spent over 5 mil. and still found no keys.

Might seem outrageous and i know there is alot of annoyed people but i think the mysteriousness of Skeleton Keys and other difficulties is what makes MK11 intriguing and adds longevity to the game. Maybe MK11 is yet to give up it's secrets.

For me it's just annoying, I just want to have fun on it, yet I've somehow developed this all encompassing need to have spent the last 5 months grinding and grinding just to get characters to just look the way I want them to look (with is largely how they looked in 1994). It's a grind, it's stupidly addictive for very little reward (please just let me buy the crap I want in order to get MK1 Sonya or whatever). I literally feel like the kids on South Park after they finally beat the online troll who kept killing them after spending months and months just grinding to level up.

I want to stop checking Boon's Twitter, I want to stop checking the Towers of Time in case unmasked Skarlet is finally there, I just want to sit back and play it with an array of old school costumes and a few contemporary ones of my own combination that I like the look of (I pretty much hate nearly all the defaults in MK11). The constant teasing of things just out of reach is so frustrating and I know I'm a muppet for letting it affect me!

Was it really necessary for me to play MK11 incessantly for 5 months just to get two of the three actual jade-green human skins for Jade?

Still no skeleton keys to be found. I played for 3 days and still got nothing to show for it.

After the next patch, Skeleton Keys will come from hanging bodies and also have an increased drop rate in the chests.

On PS4, updated to MK11 1.10...

...I finally found the last Skeleton Key :')

Got mine too... at last I was able to open that last cell that had absolutely nothing in it haha.

So, we can say officially It was an ugly bug and now they finally fixed this nightmare. I can do something else now :D

I'm happy now that I can unlock everything. On to the next task now. I think maybe completing dark souls 2.
