It has to be Johnny Cage...I really hope it's a different character, but i suspect it's him because boons latest tweet...

I never really get why that character gets such hate. Yeah he was pretty lame design wise in MKDA and he had a oddly proportioned character model; but why the hate for him has endured for so long I don't understand.

Plenty of characters in the 3D era got flubbed debuts but people clamor for their return and brainstorm how they could be better reintegrated into the series. But Hsu Hao just can't shake the stigma of his first appearance.

I mean come on, he's a massive cybernetic dude with a frickin laser beam in his chest. One redesign and this guy could quickly and easily be redeemed like Stryker or Skarlet.

Yea , i read about it being tomorrow too later on in the day. Assuming we still got.one for March 1st, i would say tomorrow is cages reveal. I was hoping for someone not in the steam leak other than cage or kitana but oh well. Maybe a new kharacter perhaps.

Just read on Twitter that IGN will reveal a character at 3 AM Eastern, so midnight Pacific...probably will be the stream character.

I would disagree seeing as both nrs and ign are lauding their respective streams as a character reveal. I would guess that tomorrow is reveal a brand new character and then breakdown that character and ign's character. Ign will probably just have a trailer and the breakdown of that character will be tomorrow

But that's just my guess. Maybe I'm just thinking too optimistically

Edit: just found this so maybe it is the same character after all but the other announcement is still up in the air

special announcement is probably gonna be . ign will cover the rest of the reveals for the weeks to come so no more kombat kasts .

The TC was confused by a confused comment before last week's Mobile Kast. Someone thought the logo was changed to grey/Smoke, not blue/Sub-Zero. I Google'd Kombat Kast after reading this topic earlier.

Hope the special announcement are the single player modes, especially that one they say is even better than the story mode.

I'm putting money on it being the return of Motor Kombat.
