Did you find a fix ?

Sadly not. I don't know what could fix it. The first 2 times I tried the tower I use a konsumable to instantly give me a krushing blow, so I thought maybe that was it, and to no surprise, it wasn't.

Have you tried finishing thematch with a krushing blow ?

That I have not tried, no, but I have thought of doing it. It might work, but I don't see why it would require that for that tower, and not the others. I'll do it in an hour to so and report back.

Yea, didn't work. I made sure each hit that brought the opponent into fatality stage was a krushing blow, and still nothing. I have no clue if there are hidden requirements for this challenge or not like not dying or not allowing the opponent to land their krushing blow, etc, etc. I'm just going to leave it as it is; broken.

You have to do 5 different krushing blows if I’m not mistaken. So you can’t do 5 uppercuts within the 5 different matches. Hope that works !

What is the point of the Gauntlet towers? Do they only offer a tiny amount of Time Krystals?

That, and a lot of koins, konsumables, and sometimes costumes, I think.

If you didn't play the story mode play it all the way through . If you complete all 30 stages of the gauntlet you get Lui Kang Fire God skin. That's the only way to get it !

Yes, I beat it. Turns out, since there are 2 moves ending with "blow", I mixed them up, and had a brain fart, and only realized when I read jesse712bear's message. I was thinking Krushing Blow, was Fatal Blow, and vice versa. My mistake.

Yeah the moment I read you saying you used the konsumable for FB I understood your mistake. Glad you made it! I'm on 23 but a little tired from it since now it's on Hard Difficulty and everyone seems to have 2000HP and shit ton of modifiers.

Would it count of I use different characters krushing blows or you have to use 1 character ?

Konfirmed you can use different fighters for different krushing blows ....

The easiest way to complete the Krushing Blow towers was to use thr armour konsumable and spam the moves that would do a krushing blow on punish. I used Scorpion's f34 and d2 and consistently got 2-3 Krushing Blows a match.

I beat it !!!

So, I used Noob Saibot and used his Rising Sickle (Down + Y), plus I equipped Ethereal Armor + Shard of Life

You can use witch ever character you feel comfortable doing Krushing blows with.

So as match begins, I immediately equipped Ethereal Armor and as opponent attempts to hit you, did my Rising Sickle Krushing blow

Once KB hits, I restarted the match, then repeated the same actions four more times, once I had 5 Kbs, I beat my opponent and finished the match.

Then, once I moved to next opponent , repeated the process, and repeated the process thru the tower.

I got 5 Kbs per match/ 25 Kbs per tower.

Once I finished the tower, I got completion rewards and the completion check mark.
