Ok... maybe someone has the same problem. I download Rambo and Rain but there was no trace ofMileena to download. I refreshed the Microsoft Store several times but even then... no Mileena appears. I don't know the reason. I live in europe (Germany)... could it be that she isn't unlocked yet? The only thing I can do is to buy the Kombat Pack 2 again (even if i already purchased it a week ago)....
