To be fair Drahmin really was a minor character but I would go for him or Sareena in a heartbeat. Havik needs to come back, lol. But I see you mean minor to the extreme like not Fujin or Rain MINOR but like only seen in backgrounds of stages or a one off in side games "minor". Basically the movie equivalent would be which one of the random extras deserves a speaking part? Lol. Soooo Sareena? I'm not counting her Armageddon appearance she was too generic like most of the 3D era characters.
