I don't have a main yet but so far the characters I seem to be doing the best with are Raiden, Scorpion, and Jacqui. There are still some characters who you don't play as in story mode that I haven't really tried out yet though. It's gonna take awhile before I settle firmly on a main/mains.

I am trying many kharacters. So far I like Kano, Kabal and Jax. Jax is so straight in his gameplay.. I love it and he ahs one of the most brutal brutalities in this game involving his shotgun.

I dislike how theyvetdone Sub-Zero, but I love Scorpion this time.

I thought Geras was wack, but I love wjateber his playstyle is. I have a custom variation I hope to see become a default.

My main is Scorpion. Both of his tournament variation are great. For anything other than ranked I have Misery Blade and Demon Dash. For grinding out the Towers and when facing the AI I have Demon Dash and the Chain combos. My second most played character has been Geras and third has been Cetrion.

Not sure if I really have a main quite yet, but so far Skarlet is my most used/played.

Sonya. Always has been and always will be. Gotta say though NRS have done a wonderful job with her in this game!

Started to get good with Kitana and Jade plus I’m looking to pick up Raiden as well.

I hate that she doesn't have leg grab anymore. The best thing about her imo.

Grapple Jax is my go-to for beating down towers. He's so simple and efficient, and the only characters I'm particularly afraid of stopping him are Erron Black, Cetrion, and especially Jacqui. Jacqui's AI is a beast to go up against.

Haha Kitana seems to be terrible when the AI take control! Sonya and Noob seem to be godlike

Jade is rubbish as well. She will try to do a parry against the AI who knows she is going to parry so will full combo Jade everytime. Sonya is the best AI. I think my Sonya has never lost. Noob is really good as well but not against Skarlet or Cetrion that zone really hard. Cassie is the only AI that seems to be good at taking down a Sonya. Some stuff is only uinlockable from AI Battle so still grinding for that Shinnok Amulet as well.

I finally got my Switch copy of the game (I was playing on XBOX), since playing on Switch, I've been playing as Raiden the most.

Cage will be my main as he always is, with Kitana being my #2 or 3.

As far as other characters I've tried... all pretty cool, Scorpion is really fun.

I don't know why but Kitana's become my main this game thus far. Never mained her in my life.

Man, I started playing Kitana yesterday and can't get enough of her. She's so fun. And I love those sharp exhaling sounds she makes lol.

Sonya. She is second fav. after Mileena and I am furious that she didn't make it to MK11....

Kitana, but I'm super salty about her being so trash this go around. I'm good with Noob, but he's boring to me and too many people use him.

I will probably end up picking up Sonya or Liu Kang until they fix Kitana.

Same... If they just gave that back to her, she’d be perfect in my eyes. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that they do decide to add more moves to characters variations lists (something they said they were considering) and give her back her leg grab and at least one other of her signature moves back. However, I’d settle for the leg grab if it’s just one. That is her most important move. Her “Spear” move.
