To start, she's not actually all that hideous. She's a pretty normal person with some non-normal features. Let's break this down, shall we?:

Face

Overall pretty normal. Her deviations are the red eyes (not really a problem) and the horns (barely noticeable). The hairdo too, but normal people have hair like that.

Body

Pretty normal. Her complexion is kinda spotty, but that's pretty much like freckles, just bigger (and since she, herself, could be summed up as 'just bigger'...). Nice muscle tone.

Limbs

This is where things start to get kind of weird. Four arms. Kinda odd, but no real big deal.

Extremities

Three fingers, two toes. That's kinda unsettling to me.

Overall

So, yeah, if I met Sheeva in a bar and we hit it off, it wouldn't be a really big deal. The toes and fingers are the biggest squick factor, IMO, and I could get over those pretty quickly.
