Help try everything can't play online and don't get reward anything ... i bought premium edition steam :( i send ticket but 0 replay i don't know what to do ;( my friends plays normal .....

I get this sometimes. Restart the console completely, then go in MK11. Dont close the game and re-enter, it doesnt work. Turn off console, turn back on.
