2. Kung Lao - Dinosaur(?)
3. Sub-Zero - Polar Bear
4. Scorpion - Scorpion
5. Jax - Bear
6. Johnny Cage - American Eagle
7. Reptile - Crocodile
8. Baraka - Pirahna(?) or Rhino
9. Shang Tsung - Snake
10. Kano - Spider (MK3)
11. Nightwolf - Wolf
12. Quan Chi - White Tiger
13. Stryker - Lion
14. Kabal - Bull

That's all I have. Yeah some are gay and I had to rely on my memory for MK3 for some characters. What are your ideas? EDIT:
