What is the chances of MK9 getting past Au censors?

Saw teh e3 vids of the trailer and the screwattack fatality and some other gameplay vids on youtube and just blown away and can not wait for this...

Still I was wondering what you think the chances of this getting though the Australian censors?

it was strange that on the MKvsDC, Jokers fatality was censored for the US but not in the EU... usually its the other way round
