That is rather invalid, because Cyrax -was- a complete cyborg, however, Sonya and Jax helped him regain his humanity and thus they revealed the human which was inside the cyber-armour.

All of the cyber-ninjas were humans who got cybernized which means that they still have some human parts. They haven't turned into robots.

This is totally irrelevant yet interesting, since I JUST finished watching the classic ninja move "Cyber Ninja" and then saw this thread no less than two minutes after watching it.

I'm just saying that design-wise, the concept has been done. I'm not saying that this is a bad idea or a good idea, I'm saying that, well Cyrax had an "incompletely automated" look in MK:DA. Nothing more, nothing less.

I still think too many people are reading way too much into an offhanded comment. Another cyber-ninja was mentioned as a possibility only in terms of explaining the types of changes that the team had in mind, not definite, set-in-stone plans.

I think a more Bio-Organic looking cyborg...something similar to Aliens

and with Sub. It could have some Ice armour.

A character doesn't have to look like Robo-Cop to be a Cyborg. A Cyborg is a human who happens to have robotic parts [ie. If Jax actually loses his arms this time and replaced them with bionic arms he would be a Cyborg this time instead of just metal gauntlets over his actual arms] The characters in the the old TV shows Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman are cyborgs.
