Keep teleporting behind him then uppercut him in the mouth , rinse and repeat , to teleport you push down then up

Well, aside from changing difficulty, just keep jumping, ducking and stepping back from him until he makes his "taunt" move and then hit him with his flying charge. I find 9 times outta 10 all my moves connect.

BUT, use the x,y,x,y (for xbox) combo, which cancels his immune attacks. Rinse THAT and repeat 20 times.

I beat him with distance. Stay as far away from him and when he uses the spear or hammer throw do the quick teleport and preform a quick combo like A,A,B (xbox) to knock him down. after that dash backward to the end of the screen. also the flying god move works if you get stuck. i know its cheap but it worked.

Thats how i beat him, first try too idk try harder?

When you fight bosses you have to fight until you notice patterns( Like when he laugh) and hit him everytime he does that. But keep doing the same pattern you did that made him laugh. Simply a's a booty

if Shao kahn didnt have that stupid invincible move I would have won. NRS should nerf Shao Kahn because most people have to spam projectiles to beat him. He spams moves and throws those unblockable hammer things and its nearly undodgeable. He has invincible moves, he should be nerfed

Not sure what difficulty your trying it on. But I find Khan the easiest with Raiden. Best strategy is to stay full screen and throw lighting bolts, when Khan throws a projectile (spear, or hammer) teleport behind him and combo him with A,A, B (360). This will juggle him so torpedo him. Rinse repeat. When your super meter is built up, teleport behind Khan and Xray him for more damage.

Pretty easy IMO.

Spam lighting at opposite end of the screen, block projectiles when needed. When he taunts, teleport behind him and press 3,3,4, < >+3, repeat. Easy as hell.

The only way I can beat Shao Kahn easily is playing as reptile and spamming the acid spit and occasionally a force ball. Shao Kahn is a cheap bastard.

I give up. I hate quan chi anyways and idc about achievements. Trying to beat story on hard and im not going to easy medium or beginner

I got lazy after 5 retries but, either I learned his patter or the game got easier cuz I did end up beating him.
My advice is block everything you can, then when Kahn gets cocky, uppercut him. Don't get overconfident and try a leg sweep when he's down, he'll knock you on your ass.
Same thing if you leg sweep when he's cocky, don't try an uppercut immediately when he's getting up, it won't phase hin and again he'll knock you on your ass.
Quick reflexes and a lil improvisation when the opportunity presents itself are always good things to have ready. Implementing X-ray is always a good idea too.

Beating Shao Kahn with Raiden in story mode was a drag. I tried most of the trick list above, but wasn't as lucky and then I discovered Raiden's Electrocution move.(Down, Toward, and (Traingle or Y)
-Doing it by it self can leave Raiden grabbing air so find a good combo that can lead into it.
-Find an opening, You can get luck and catch him head on, but I advise targeting his back.
-Once connected, wacth Shao Kahn glow and and end it with an uppercut.
