Ok so I know that Sonya, Cage, Raiden survived.

Who else for sure survived the blood bath? What baddies?

Kano, Reptile, Mileena, Baraka, Goro, Kintaro, Sheeva, Ermac, Cyrax, Sektor, etc. Pretty much most of the bad guys

I'm pretty sure the only bad guys that died were Shao Kahn and Shang Tsung. I could be wrong, though.

Sindel was killed when Nightwolf sacrified himself. And Noob ended up in that big ass Soulnado. Seemed pretty deadly, though we never actually see him die.
