With all the videos we have now, i think we should make a list of confirmed and some spetical characters that where shown.

Right now as far as i can tell we have:

1)Mileena
2)Scorpion
3)Sub-zero
4)Reptile
5)Kung lao
6)Nightwolf
7)Johhny Cage
8)Sektor

So thats 8 confirmed now, but i'v also notice from the trailer of possible characters that might be in.

9)Raiden -seen on trailer and mainly on every mk since 1.
10)Kano -I think its the guy on pit 2 fighting with someone else, you can kinda
see his face glowing, hes the guy on the left.
11)Kitana- since Mileena is in i think she will. Also i think shes the slave girl on
the left in the trailer with shao khan and raiden match.
12)Sonya- Other slave girl chained up on the right. She looks like when she
was captured in mk 1 the movie.

Thats all i could get out of the trailers i'v seen so far. What are your guys takes.

Also thats leaves 14 more slots since they said 26 people was going to be in this game, as stated from the g4 interview.

Unplayable Bosses: Goro, Kintaro, Motaro, Shao Kahn

And an alt costume of Subbie with the scar over his eye.
In other words, the exact same roster as MK Trilogy.

I'd be really shocked if we saw anything other than this. I'm a little concerned about the bosses being unplayable is all, they seemed to have gotten away from that in recent games.

Well the bosses could always be unlocked as hidden characters and selected from the DLC box on the select screen.
But actually hope or think it'd be better if Motaro in specific isn't playable. I think it'd be easier for them to design him if they didn't have to worry about making him balanced and able to do everything the other characters can do. That way we don't have to worry about any two legged bullshit this time.

Well if they had the bosses playable they would be dumed down from there cpu counterparts.

also I think they will have everyone from 1-2 maybe even sindle, and sheva (i think i spelled that right) but i could be wrong.

I remember the g4 interview that Ed said he was trying to put everyone that was in the early releases of mortal kombat in the game.

God I hope that will be the list of characters in this game, make Goro, Kintaro and Motaro the sub-bosses and this is the greatest MK game ever made!

They definately need to put at least a few new characters in the game. That would be awesome but I really do like what I see thus far tho. I think they made some nice changes to gameplay and I've always wondered if they might put some supermoves in. Lol.
