"Evol", first of all is most likely can be dignified as short for evolution, which can be defined as improvement. Secondly, you distinctly said that love is evil spelt in reverse. Finally, if you desire so much to implement your "brilliant" ideas towards this particular series, then I suggest you study into making flash games so you can create your own ideal fighting game. Let's be honest here, having all the characters become only platinum blondes with silver silk clothing has no place in a fighting game which consists of people killing each other.

Evol isn't short for nothing. This kind of artwork is very classy. They used similar style in vignettes of MK9. I don't think it would work with gameplay scenes because that's all about gore. But cutscenes or character endings would look really good this way. Better than the arcade endings in Injustice and MK9 anyway. Or heck even doing this for the character select screen would look good with illustration.

I don't see why this cant be used for character select screen or even loading screen because nothing else is happening in these scenarios except the character posing. They can even be unlockable artwork in the Krypt. Imagine a watercolour portrait of all the characters in all their different costumes, and even arenas. I don't know about u but I'm open-minded about this and there's many ways they can put this in. The artwork might be so good that people use it as their avatar. Maybe they can even use them for KOTH spectators.

The day anyone from Netherrealm Studios takes any kind of "ideas" you bring out is the day they decide to sell their creation to some random fashion company that decides they want to create video games.
