You're forgetting the part where the person actually took the time to create the video. The editing in that video was definitely not simple to make. If you understood that, you might appreciate the video a little more.
Hell, I thought he just took a video of an existing Kano Fatality from the MKvsDCU game, but that's not the case. I don't know how or what he did to make them do what they do but it impressed the hell out of me.

And stabbing the heart is pointless, not like they're gonna feel it.
