Ever since I discovered the lethal effectiveness of her - Fan Lift, Flying Punch/Kick, Mid-air Fan Throw, Uppercut - corner combo in MK2..

Her Kiss of Death fatality was always Funny and Unsettling, her Splitting Headache fatality in MK9 is pretty epic!!

Her UMK3 look was very sexy and Eagle Claw fighting style in Deadly Alliance was a lot of fun to use..

Talking just MK9 here:

Kenshi has always been a great character since MKDA and i just love what they've done with him this time around. His story is the same (obviously) which is good they didn't f**k it up - and his moves have been expanded not changed completely, i love his astral self projecting out to kick ass along with his physical self.

Kitana has always been a fave of mine and in this game she's better than ever, i love throwing out a fan special after a combo for maximum damage!!

I like the direction they took with Liu Kang inthis one too, he's not such a goody-goody hero in story mode which i though helped fleash out his character.

I have problems with Kung Lao for his combos being tricky to execute, and Shang Tsung for the ground skull fireball special moves being confusing, and the soul steal being tricky. I also don't like the directional imput for Kano's cannonball, i much preferred the 'back forward 4' formula. just remembered - Johnny Cage has always been a fave too for playability and this time around there is nothing disappointing! The combos & moves are easy enough to handle but varied enough to mix it up. I like the personality (cocky and narcissistic but still decent and good), and let's face it - he's never been sexier

I still don't like the tatoo.We can just assume he got that drunk...REALLY DRUNK!


Scorpion's my favorite.But i also picked up some admiration for Cyrax,Kabal,Liu Kang,and even Mileena a little bit.

my favorite character would have to be sub-zero,after him it would be sektor.

Easy-
Kung Lao! In MK: DA, I mained him FOREVER! Than I later on used freaking ultimate Wind Teleport kombos in MK: A and kontiued that in every game he had it I played. Thank you, Ed Boon, for this awesome character concept. To take his place, my MK1 is Kano, Deception is Ermac, and DCU is Scorpion.

dude reptile is cool i like his moveset in mortal kombat deadly allice and his blade for it to.i rember the first time play as reptile in mortal kombat 2 he was bad ass WHAT am saing reptile is still badass he can and will kill any one in mortal kombat roster

My favorite character is probably Scorpion. I also like other male ninjas a lot especially Ermac and Rain. I'm also in love with the sexiest woman in the history of video games, JADE <3

Ermac is my favorite, but Rain and Jade run a close second. I must say, I love most of the characters, though. Kenshi, Ashrah, Kuai Liang, Smoke, and Kitana are all pretty high up on my list too. :)

Well i have a few that i regard my favourite.

Scorpion : Come on a worthy contender for best kombatant if ever there was one. I like the idea of scorpion and sub-zero teaming up to kick ass. And the double portal hanging fatality is a stroke of genius. And to top it all off the guy is just fucking hard as nails.

Shang tsung: Always has been a favourite of mine. I hope he still gets to be the one to end kangs life if they make kang die. which given the kang god story and tsung being taught to use mega power to take him out.

quan chi: well hes just total bad ass. his moves are kick ass, and i much loved the bone hand throne upon victory. also for tsung to have another sorcerer as an equal makes for good character development.

kung lau: they really did him well his moves flowed much better than previous games. and as for proving him self a worthy pier for kang i think he stood up to the plate well.

Kahn: still my utmost favourite top boss in any fighting game ever! and i really hop he manages to fully integrate earth realm to outworld. just for a game. and he now has the best fatality in my opinion. literately walking through his opponent. if that isn't a sign of someone you'd rather not cross i dont know what is haha.

And a few character things and people i didn't like were, striker.... just never liked him. sonya and jax are still lacking something but i dont know what. cage, after you beat him down as jax in the story he should loose some of his 'swagger' still be a cocky wise ass but more focused. smoke should have remained the nija to be cybernised over zero. but it would have been cool to see cyrax escape the cybernization and gone to war with secktor. noob should be cooler but isn't for somereason. kano os just annoying now.

thats about it form me haha

My fave is definitely Nightwolf, he kicks so much ass, and in MK9 he gets the best character death( if I spoiled that for one of you, you shouldn't be on MKO), hope he returns for MKX.

Skarlet and Why - -
Skarlet is pretty awesome. For one, she is an MKII leaked character (secret) and they decided to actually make her into one of her own. She is one of SHao Kahns most trusted assassins, and I think the evil characters are pretty awesome and pretty badass. She can use many attacks, and can perform combos like no other (or some others I guess).

Rain and Why - -
I was sad at first to not see a CLASSIC character from a horrible but CLASSIC song in one of the CLASSIC games not make it into a CLASSIC rebirth of the game, but OMG a DLC right (or left)?! I love how Goro, Kintaro and Shao Kahn get hurt by little water guns out of his hands (Human Watering Can). Also, his sister is Kitana (as far as the MK storyline goes).

Cyber Sub Zero/Sub Zero and Why - -
I want to tell you all now if you haven't seen it, THEY ARE THE SAME THING! Only difference is the grenades (I think). They can freeze, paralyzing opponents for a good X-Ray to come in, so they can make it a hell of a lot easier. Also, they can come up with some good combos. Oh yeah, and Cyber's utterly humiliating (to himself) fatalities.

Scorpion and Why - -
You all agree, I know it, Scorpion is AMAZING which he is. Like Sub-Zero, he can use his Spear to paralyze opponents. I also love how he can use that for a good X-Ray. I like how the Spear is now only "Spear" instead of "Bloody Spear" which made NO DAMN SENSE! I also like to combination: Back Back LP compared to Back Forward or Forward Back LP (Spare or X).

Mileena and Why - -
Beauty and Beast! Sexy but Deadly! Tarkatan and Edenian! Basically, a two year old deciever who makes herself look like a, nevermind. Just plain awesome in my part. Jumping on peoples chests and eating their faces off and stabbing them in the throat with a sai. AMAZING! Also, the cheat to get her unmasked in battle is cool, because it is exclusive to her. Do (Away+Y for XBox360 users and then the enhanced face jump special move) or (Away+Triangle for PS3 users and then the enhanced face jump special move).
