Does anyone know of any info on if throws are excapable in this and if wake up options will return?

no
There doesn't seem to be alot of gameplay being discussed. Most threads seem to be regarding characters (will they/won't they/should they), story related and fatalities.
At this stage you'd think they'd have the basic gameplay engine down so they should be able to show off some of these things.
Hopefully soon.

I dont think any body played this game long enough to figure out how everything works yet.
I'm a bit dissapointed on the lack of coverage on gameplay specifics from the fans that have played the game. But I'm sure it plays great....

Bothers me theres no real gameplay discussion going on.
Well, in Gamespot's coverage, no one had any wake up moves. They just got up really fast upon being knocked down. I would like them to be present in the final build, though, although with the lack of tech rolls, they may disregard this feature altogether.

Wake-ups really changed the experience of the 3D games for me, but I don't think they'll be at all necessary for the 2D. Plus I got sick real fast of a guy going from flat on his back to doing an uppercut in the blink of an eye.

sigh, this got no responses, but a post about Tremor got nearly 100. Go figure
