It'[s a 2 player thing, it pops up when the match is loading. :)

Your top 3 buttons on the controller (square, triangle, circle for PS or X, Y, B for Xbox) control the three panels. The more you push them, the more the panels change.

So you really need both players to input them in? Poo. :( I guess they won't really work with online battles against strangers.
