I love how he's got pressure releases from his respirator at the beginning of his fatality (I hope that happens periodically throughout the match)

He looks alot like his MKD alt, but it actually looks freaking awesome this time, Wicked X-Ray, it looks like they're taking some inspiration from The Flash's gameplay in MKDC with his speed, he's actually running instead of sliding forward.

Fatality is short and sweet, if a little simple but it's still nice

yes. kabal knocks the opponent high into the air, takes out his hooksword and splits em from crotch to neck. the 2 parts of the bod split and fall to sides of kabal and he turns to the camera and holds up the hooksword with the severed head of the victim on his hooksword. its similar to the mk6 fatal but better, imo.

Soul Chamber looks like it sits above Hell Pit Fatality maybe but what is with the Octopus arms?

It's hard to make anything out from my end, but they really do seem to have made the Soul Chamber look great again. I thought both MKG and MKA versions were shit, so this is a big plus in my book.

Soul chamber looks like a cross between the original, the pit 3 and with the brothers of the shadow floating there like shadow priests.. very ghoulish and epic

What Arena is it where Kabal does his Fatality?

It's not the Soul Chamber or the Netherealm but there is allot of bodies in the back ground.

Liking everything but the fatality.

The fatalities are becoming very predictable. What's up with all the slicing in half all the time?

Kabal looks very good. I'm disappointed in seeing yet another split-in-half fatality, but at the end of the day, fatalities aren't that big of a deal. Design and move-sets, on the other hand, are. In that sense, Kabal looks solid.

Am I disappointed I didn't get to see Smoke? Sad, but not disappointed. if anything, making Smoke the last revealed character demonstrates his priority among the developers. Kabal is the opener; Smoke is the encore. I can live with that. Heaven knows I waited this long. I can wait a little longer.
