Don't get me wrong, I don't love her current outfit but I don't think it's as terrible of a design as most do.

Also, Kenshi's design has never wowed me either but people seems to be claiming it's amazing (even though it's just an update) and compared it to Skarlet. I don't see it for Kenshi at all.

I'm just curious since I dont have my XBL set up. Does Skarlet come free with the compatability pack? I thought I read here not too long ago that people were charged for her when she was supposed to be free, or something along those lines.

no..what you read was about people buying the season pass and totally ignoring the simple step by step instructions that it provides for you and paying for skarlet anyway....
people i have no sympathy for because they chose to ignore the clear instructions given to them and decided to do it their own way

Actually there were (maybe still are) a couple of legitimate glitches with Skarlet DLC, such as people who downloaded compatibility pack only got Skarlet for free and people who bought the season pass and Skarlet's price was showing up as 1200 points instead of free.
