Games with nudity and sex get the AO rating and retail outlets like Wal-Mart and Gamestop won't sell games with that rating.
Hell, GTA San Andreas got changed from an M to an AO just because they found sex scenes that weren't even really accessible in the game and could only be unlocked with cheating/hacking devices like Action Replay.
Also, Boon has no perverted side to express. It's only immature teenaged fans who ever wanted "Nudealities".

I do not think they are allowed to have any mad crazy sex fatalities or nudity.

But, yeah, technically the M rating would allow for nudity so long as there's no actual sex. But in MK? Fat chance.

That depends, though. Heavy Rain and Dante's Inferno were both rated M. Having said that, I have no idea if either was sold in Wal-Mart.

If we're strictly speaking breasts I think MK would be fine. In Heavy Rain it was relatively tasteful, but in GoW3... well it's God of War, lol.

I don't know if it would be a good idea, or how most people would respond to it, but I think it could be done if Boon wanted to go that extra shocking step. Just because you can though, doesn't mean you should, lol.

Although unlikely even excessive gore and violence could warrant an AO rating. I'm sure the development team would dial it down to make sure they get a M rating. Also some nudity I could live with in MK, but sex.... sorry but that doesn't have a place in this game. In fact adding that into this game would make it seem like a bad porno flick, not a gruesome fighting game.

Remember, Nudity alone isn't enough to get an AO rating...Manhunt 2 got an AO rating initially with "Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Strong Language, Strong Sexual Content, Use of Drugs", but it was censored down to M (blurring some of the more graphic kills, and other such things). Some people still wanted the Wii version to be AO due to the motion controlled simulation of the censored kills (castration being one rather disturbing one, iirc)

It's very violent, but with only Blood and Gore and Intense Violence, I don't see it going past M. I doubt there will be much swearing, drug use, or screwing. Unless it's screwing someone's head off.

I reckon if they did include the above in the same way (ie, they cover up) then it'll still get an M rating as it's very similar to the nudity in Rampage where they covered up and ran off in embbarissment.

If they did go with this idea (personally I hope not as it will get old rather quickly) then I would like to see diffrent variations such as Sindel does her scream and blows the clothes off her opponent or something similar and also I reckon the characters should say say something to the person they just beat like "Looking good" or some other taunt (perhaps just point and laugh at the opponent).

Like I said already, it would get old rather quickly as the tattoo assasins video above has diffrent characters performing the finisher, but they all look too similar and I sense if MK did this then it would be no diffrent (although they would do a better job of it), so I personally think this would be a bad idea (infact with some of the DOA games i've seen, i'm supprised they haven't done something like this already, lol!!).

I think that this is one of the most horrible ideas ever for the series. I really, I mean, REALLY hope this is NEVER included in the franchise, not even "nipples-only-nudity". MK is meant for MATURE players, not for the IMMATURE ones. The only people that would be pleased with this kind of thing are those who get somehow attracted for virtual-women, which is freaking LAME.

Also I don't see the point as the only reason any MK Character would peform a nudality is to humiliate them, but MK Characters don't see like they are there to humiliate people (more like just kill them).

I'm pretty sure MS and Sony don't allow sex or lower body nudity. Not a stance I agree with, but I realise it's an economic decision.

There will probably be plenty of kink and "fanservice", like there is is most games. If you're not into it, you might not notice it.
