Shao Kahn's helmet is already in the Xbox Live Marketplace. Along with Ermac's mask.

Small rant:
I'm not sold. They could had done a better job on the presentation.
The quality of the picture looks bad, it's like the avatar models are out dated or something. The avatar models could be bulkier and not twiggy and closely resemble more to the game characters than just people wearing Halloween costumes. I would had made the avatar wearing the Shang Tsung suit be a old man for starters.
Developing/Creation wise:
- I wouldn't even bother creating both Noob Saibot and Sub-Zero mask, you can barely tell the difference.
- You got Cyrax and Sektor mask, but not the rest of the body? REALLY? How was that not top priority?
- Baraka mask. Good. But no suit? Look, I'm not expecting to have the long blades out. But just the mask is almost pointless.
- Raiden Hat. I've seen two more of these things lying around the Marketplace for months now. They could had at least one up it by having Raiden's suit too.
- The only thing they did good is having Ermac and Kabal suits. I personally like the black Mortal Kombat shirt.
I imagine this isn't going to be the last batch of avatar gear. In fact, this is the second, and in the first, Ermac's mask was available, but not the suit. So in all likelihood, Baraka, Cyrax, Sektor, Raiden and Kano will get the rest of their outfits in a later batch, as well as Kung Lao and other noticable missing characters given something (maybe even a Sheeva/Goro/Kintaro arm set). I'm just not sure if we'll ever see a Johnny Cage outfit, or anything more than the mask for the female characters. I do believe there is a policy against showing that much skin on avatars.
Oh, and as for the whole stuff like making Shang Tsung old, that's not the purpose of the avatars, and thus this gear. They're supposed to be like Halloween costumes, as you put it.
