How do we get sent the codes?

i just downloaded the season pass and now all my data was erased and i cant even access skarlet or any other DLC characters on the select screen >:O

Just sayin, I just replied to it on Twitter.

anyone else had the problem with the new content erasing your game save data? I'm getting nervous to install now...
