I was surprised to see a full roster from the get-go. I had expected to have to unlock characters through gameplay effort (as it should have been) instead of the situation we're all faced with these days - through cold hard cash for M$ "points" or whatever. I'm not going to justify buying half a game just to have to purchase the rest of the content later and i don't see why the gaming industry does so.

Yep, and is exactly why I almost always wait for the "Complete" or GOTY edition for games.

Technically not true, as there are playable bosses in the challenge Ladder. They seriously should have been unlockable at least in Vs.

I mean, they have complete move lists, fatalities, and you can even do babalities on them. I hear someone make the excuse they would be too powerful, yet in MK Trilogy, there was an option to toggle the boss damage to make them balance out, so I don't see a real excuse there.

We STILL have an incomplete Nekropolis, we STILL don't have a theater mode where we can watch the story mod cinematics without having to drudge our way through the entire mode each time, and STILL no selectable bosses.

The icing on the cake is the fact there's a "Komplete" Edition, but the Vita release has more content. With Kinect/Move, there surely could have been some way to implement most (if not all) of the extra modes into the supposed "Komplete" edition.

Hell, they could have made an add-on DLC pack including all of that, and charge about $10 for it. There's a wasted opportunity.
