Were you mad when you saw Freddy Krueger given a fatality Quan Chi should had? Or how about Kano not having the ability to snap someone's spine like Sub-Zero does? Thanks to a Youtube user, you can change the names of some of the files in the Assets folder of the game folder from one character to the next.

Give Stryker Mileena's victory pose, it's funny. Or how about giving Sheeva Goro's fatalities and vice-versa?

To do this, simply change the names like this:

Goro_Fatality1.xxx changes to Sheeva_Fatality1.xxx

Now Sheeva performs Goro's fatality when you enter the button combinations for her first fatality. Also works in Fatality trainer.

I tried adding the Director as a Character and changing the Graveyard background to the Krypts but these crash the program.

I thought about swapping babies.
