Does anyone know which Xray does the most damage % wise? Because that would be the most painfull one to take.

I think Johnny Cage's is the most damaging.
It certainly should be, since it's a counter and can't be a part of a combo.

I'm gonna take a different approach and say that ones like Baraka's, Kitanas, Goro's, etc are realistically instant death, therefore you wouldn't feel the pain. In a realistic sense, I'd say some of the most painful would be Kabal's (broken knees would suck, especially followed by hooks in the back) and Reptiles eye gouge, anything after the neck break you wouldnt feel because you'd most likely be dead. And speaking on behalf of all the men here... Jade's, Sindel's and Johnny Cages!

Honourable mentions:
Stryker: The sound of the baton across the jaw is one of the best in the game!
Kano's, Noob Saibot's, Mileena's and Liu Kang's are great.

Worst in the game:
Scorpion: I feel he got the short end of the stick in the x-ray department.

Goro's still makes me wince.

It's cool, I just think you misunderstood. What I mean is that from a gameplay perspective, the one which does the most damage to your characters health will surely be " most painfull" to your chances of winning. Hence that is actually the only important thing consideration, because we don't live in MK fantasy land and none of this stuff will happen to anyone. (I can confirm a punch to the nuts is really painfull though).

I really have thought that Kitana's is one of the most brutal, sticking fans into the top of your head, then into your eye sockets.

baraka's is also fucking brutal.

Jax and Kano both deal 41% damage with their X-Rays.

I'd say they have the most powerful.

love it when I save my xray for 2 rounds and finish someone off with it and watch the little dragon symbol pop up and say "Your opponent has left the game," or "the game session is no longer available." =)

Uhhh... well to me, the best would be either Sub-Zero's or Scorpion's X - Ray. Scorpion's would defentaly hurt and its great for un-suspecting foes. Sub-Z's X-Ray is killer because you crush the person's liver (which I haven't figured out how you can do that multiple times). That's just my opinion, plus Kratos's is also painful as well so I'd say the best would be between those 3 for playable characters.

The best un-playable character X-Ray is Shao's.

Shao Kahns by far. Crushing your skull then the head butt by someone that size just seems so brutal. Goro's is ok, but the brutality of it is taken away when he tosses you up in the air to grab your legs. Kintaro is a close second just because of having your ribs and skull crushed at the same time.

Jax and Kano

Kitana's, Skarlet's, Reptile's, Kano's, Baraka's, Goro's X-Rays.
But what I hate is how weak Kitana's and Skarlet's are (they do less than 30% damage alone, and IMO that's pretty weak for an x-ray), especially since they're one of those that make you wince.

Aside from bosses, I think it's Jax. His X-Ray move alone does 40% damage.

Kintaro!

To be honest, ALL X-Rays are painful

I'm ignoring the ones that involve direct head impalement or neck-snapping.

I'm going to say Goro's, Cyrax's, Skarlet or Sindel's is the most painful for me to watch.

But to actually be on the receiving side of one of these babies (not counting ones that would blatantly kill instantly)....I have to give it to Kano or Sindel.

I think Sindel just wins it on the whole.

Shao Kahn

It's painful for my eyes to see my life bar go down a tremendous amount in a mere 2 seconds.

Sindel not only destroys your nuts and pelvis, she breaks your dam knee cap backwards, then most likely dephens you with her scream, all three of which wouldn't kill you instantly, I stand by Sindel.

I can't imagine the pain that ANY of the X-Rays would cause... so I'm just going to give a few honourary mentions of some of my fave X-Ray moments...

Sub Zero: The headbutt...

Kitana: Fans to the eye sockets...

Scorpion: Suckerpunch to the temple...

Quan Chi: Making you snap your OWN neck... THAT is fucking awesome!

Sektor: The rising uppercut... snap!

Stryker: Nightstick to the head...

Smoke: The kick to the face... brutal!

Skarlet: Palm to the nose...

Skarlet: Heel to the eye

I guess for non-boss/sub-boss characters, Stryker takes the cake.

A police flashlight to the top of the head, a nightstick to the jaw, and a taser under the chin..... Now, that's overkill!

Kano's would be awful, too.
