Basically, it's Subbie's alt, but Noob'ified... Supposed to appear like Older Subbie. I find that rather lame that they make two alts resemble eachother so closely...

While its pretty pallet swappy, i find this to be sweet. I like white on noob. Everyone's so dark in this game, its a nice contrast.

Maybe it was Subby's alt was inspired by Noobs design from MKD. Because that is what this costume seems to look like.
