Party City has more "complete" costumes with the details. For example, Mileena's leggings and Kitana's stuff. They don't have Scorpion (yet).

I think they look better than MK Anihilation's wardrobe.

They're just not the same without the cartooony muscular arms and the six-pack abs for the females though.
