The first three Mortal Kombat games would be great.

For starters I would like one to actually be released in Europe.
I would like;

A jazzy special case,
A poster,
Stickers,
Token for DLC,
Soundtrack CD for this MK & another CD with music from all past MKs,
MK 1, 2, 3 & 4 on a disc.
Behind the scenes DVD,
A neat lil book with all the fatality codes in it.

I think that would do me. lol

I always like watching Behind the Scenes videos. That Adema music video in Deadly Alliance was kinda neat too.

The collector's cards disk that came with Armageddon wouldn't have been bad if the videos had been longer. Some of them were just interviews with the bluescreen actors from the old games and weren't actually about the character.

Mortal Kombat 4 / Gold would make me extremely happy!
I'd also love a CD collection of all the MK games music as well with the stage name on the listings.
A poster of all the characters in their newest outfits would be good.
A dvd with a Fatality demo of all Fatalities from all the games.

I'm pretty sure Ed has said before that the reason they've never done a rerelease of 4 like they have the 2D games is that something about 4's engine is really weird and hard to make work, like in the graphics, the polygons were made out of triangles instead of rectangles or something?

Tris vs. polygons. Modern games use polys while older games used tris, though honestly there's no reason it could be used. A poly is merely two tris, but that's going into game engines and modeling.

But, yes, I agree. MK4 is the MK game I've least played. It was sort of that middle bastard child between the epitome of classic MK goodness with UMK3 and Trilogy and the rebirth with Deadly Alliance. I wouldn't mind it, and its predecessors, being included.
