Havik's main stick that he values Chaos and spreading thereof. So He saying something to throw his enemies and allies off guard is the normal for him. He is Chaotic Good, Chaotic Neutral, and Chaotic Evil when its suits him. His dialogue should fit accordingly

Would like to know why his face is decaying or if he has a condition. Looks like he took acid to the face, or it's age. Would be interesting to see what he looked like before. I've seen the logo on the Kung Jin/Magneto-like helmet before but forgot it's meaning.

Body scarring is what I do understand is the normal for Chaos realm. Also to be a Cleric of Chaos, Dedication to Ways of Chaos. Also having a heavily scarred face can scare people because it makes him look unpredictable

Well Kabal is scarred that way and he's an Earthrealmer. Whilst still being a being a warrior, he looks more like a victim to me. I guess it comes down to the cause and how they got (differentiate) the scars, unless born with them.
