I wonder what else is hiding in this Day One patch?

I hope it has an unlock code for time released content. Such as Secret Fights and a Secret Chapter in Story mode.

What are you guys hopping for?

probably just a balance patch/issue fixes and other stuff. highly doubt it's anything secret, but it's a possibility.

it's focused on online stability(and more) but it's PS4 only,apparently.

Story mode patch ftw. Seeing Tanya in that launch trailer surprised me so maybe it has something to do with that and the DLC characters.

Unless a boat load of people who played it early found numerous issues.

Still awesome that the DLC will be in the story mode though.

currently Tanya has Kitanas stance and a few moves of her own in story fight but im sure the closer we are to her release as dlc a patch will replace the storymode npc tanya with the dlc version with her own stance, variation etc.

thats what im thinking anyways

Unless it was a part of some elaborate intro in a match, Tanya is in that "Official Launch Trailer". Looked like a Story Mode scene to me, but I could be wrong of course, since all I've seen from the story are snippets like that.

That sounds very plausible, 2 gigs is way to much for text coding.. But then again, i'm not aware how much space netcode coding takes up lol.

But that was because the game was filled with glitches at lanch. At times the game wasn't even playable.

From the streams that I have seen from MKX, there hasn't been any.

With all the leaked rosters, any additional characters would have still been tested and thus, leaked...

I doubt it will be any saving grace such as Havik, Noob or Fujin.
