I Loved Drahmin. I hope he does return, despite Boon deconfirming him. I have this delusional fantasy that NRS will add a plethora of characters becuz they finish the game super early. LoL
I would like his club hand to be upgraded. It should be a spiked mace. It could also have the ability to fire off of his hand and be retractable with a chain. Much like that Ogre from Hellboy 2. This projectile would replace his fly swarm.
I like his original design. But I'd give him some clothes for his alt, instead of mummy like bandages. I'm thinking something like the Immortals from 300, since the mask is almost the same.

I also really liked Drahmin. But, as you stated, he won't be in MKX. Reason? Boon once said that he and Hsu Hao were his most hated characters in the entire MK history. And, additionaly, the rest of the MK team wasn't crazy about him either, so yeah, no chance for him.
His story was cool, in fact I could imagine him appearing as the Outworld warlord he was supposed to be in some earlier stage of the MKX story, and then in the future (maybe 15 or 25 years) as an Oni Tormentor. I also really liked his moveset, unlike most of the people that commented this thread. His "clock" move (honestly I don't remember its name very well) was sick. Then you had that Ryu-like uppercut, the ground stomp and, of course, the ball of flies (when it comes to stupid moves I rather have the flies thing than Bo's puke).
As for his desing, the mask and the fact that he was skinless was crazy imo, but they should give him some decent underwear
Other than that, thumbs up for Drahmin.

Yes to Drahmin!
He had a cool design, but, I agree it could use some work. His story was intriguing and I have to agree that his move-set was weak.
His bio ending was interesting as he became human, but, all we saw was his hand. I wish that was followed upon.
If he was to be in MKX, his variations can be...
Oni
Club
Human

Drhamin's moveset was weak, but besides that he was a pretty interesting character. I would like to see him return someday. I would rather have him over most MKDA chars.

I tend to like all Oni.They are all made of fire(being from the NR)but all being individuals at the same time. You could tell D "rot in hell",and he would say"I'm on it!"

I love anything pertaining to Japanese mythology, so Drahmin is A+++

I don't want Drahmin back. I generally find the "Me big! Me smash you!" type of characters to be very boring. And I found it hard to take him seriously because a lot of his moves were animated in such a cartoonish way.

silly that you say that he is not a cartoon at all he would be way to scary for kids to see on the typical saturday afternoon television program so i am not sure where you got that from and also he isnt that big he is a medium sized fighter
moloch is bigger and also i really do think Drahmin will be in it so yeah i guess get ready because i think you are going to like what they did to him for this game
Despite how awful he was to use in the games he was in, I feel that NRS would be able to give him the care he needs to make him a better fighter. He would need a revamped move list, though. I think he would have more potential in 2D for some reason.
I know he won't be in this game, but I can still hope.

Im sure this has already been stated but whats with the sudden intrigue of Drahmin that justifies several topics over the past few days?
First off, I created this thread in June. Someone commented on it and brought it back to the front page.
Secondly, I think what happens in the MK Universe (and perhaps other fighting game universes, I wouldn't know as this is the only universe that I'm an active part of) is that NRS keeps on bringing back classic fighters and revamping them and making them relevant and it generates more fans (i.e. Stryker). So as they keep bringing back more classic fighters and actually making them interesting and fun to use and showing fans what they can do with a fighter if given the right time and resources. This generates more interest in characters that haven't been around much. I think it's essentially the same case with Tremor.
Drahmin was never really given a chance. He seemed to be very rushed in Deadly Alliance, along with having very poor combos in an already poor combo system, horrendous special moves, and overall a very irrelevant part in the overall story, which by that I mean that you could have replaced him with pretty much any other character and it would have made no difference.
I've always been a fan of his and hope to see him again some day, though I know the chances are slim.

I said his *moves* were cartoony, not his model. I'm thinking specifically of his throw, where he uses his opponent as a bop bag, and his Rising Uppercut, on which the spin and body positioning are much too graceful for a brutal Oni. It looks like he's trying to do some sort of ballet move, which just looks goofy.
I'll concede that he's not as big as I thought, but he still comes off as very one-note and boring.
