Q49. I probably should pick Mokap because he has no ties to the Netherrealm nor Outworld, but if I REALLY wanted to win, I'd pick Meat. I'd think Meat has more experience with the supernatural situations and would be more prepared. If nothing else, he can be a tank while I resurrect the mummified armies of the Dragon King!

Q50. [my god, 50 days already?!] Although she's not one of my favorites, I'd keep her as is. Because I was sold on her MK9 ending, and her play style fits her. But that ending, the path of "true" honor for her people suited Sheeva immensly.

Q51. I'm thankful for the secrets (that's you Reptile!), and honestly, the fanboys. It wouldn't of come this far without us.

Forty-Ninth Question:

You find yourself up against the Deadly Alliance, they allow you to have a partner to even out the match, but your only choices are: Mokap or Meat (Armageddon version, not MK4), who would you choose and why?

#49 Mokap, no doubt. I find Meat more gross than Drahmin and that's saying something.

#50 Sheeva is not a bad character, just a horribly misused one. For Pete's sake, make her more relevant to the storyline instead of filler material like a jailer who keeps prisoners in random rooms for no reason. She has more honor and pride for her race than Goro and Kintaro combined and that deserves to be further explored.

#51 Despite a few duds here and there, I'm thankful that MK has given us the best overall character roster in fighting game history, and that includes SF.

49. Against the Deadly Alliance, I'd use Meat as a shield.

50. I honestly don't know what would make me like Sheeva. Maybe give her some unique Shokan armor or something.

51. I am thankful that Mortal Kombat has survived and grown into a big franchise after all these years.

52. Liu Kang should be neutral, can't picture him being evil unless it's against his will.

53. Not a fan of Skarlet, no.

52. Liu Kang should return as maybe a boss, but nothing more. And not a final boss, because that would just be too obvious and stupid.

53. NO.

52.I want Liu Kang to be playable and to be neutral atleast for half of the story then maybe slowly become good again.
53.Yes as long as they finally give her a story and not just another Kira clone.

Always a touchy question, if Bo Rai' Cho is to return, should he keep his barf/fating moves or should they be ditched?

Out with the toilet humor, but dont get rid of the drunkard part of his character. He should still have humor, like throwing beer bottles or something, but in terms of fighting style, more emphasis on heavy attacks.

Icebaby Wrote:
When the DLC/guest characters gets added into the roster/select screen, do you want them to have what 2011 had with the slide out bar, be an entire row by itself, or something different?

Entire row itself

Icebaby Wrote:
Mortal Kombat the movie was (in my opinion) a very good retell of the first game... And then there's Legacy. Mortal Kombat the movie or Mortal Kombat: Legacy, which one do you think is better?

I've not seen the MK1 movie, nor have I seen all of Legacy, but since I know that the movie is more mystical and less "grounded and realistic" I'm gonna have to go with the movie.

Icebaby Wrote:
As of right now, Edenia is still merged with Outworld. Do you want to see it become its own realm again, or should something different happen this time around?

I say keep it Outworld

Icebaby Wrote:

Stryker FPS, cause I'm that much of an asshole.

Icebaby Wrote:
Kira or Jerek, you must pick ONE to have redemption.

Jarek

Icebaby Wrote:

Mokap, he's got experience in fighting

Icebaby Wrote:

I really don't know. The reason I don't like her is because she's just Goro with breasts.

Since I love this kinda thing, I'd say more flashy normals and specials, more emphasis on juggling.

Icebaby Wrote:
Since today is Thanksgiving, what are you thankful for in Mortal Kombat?

I'm thankful for MK vs DC for introducing me to MK and MK9 for not only being a great game, but for making me so interested in MK that I did my homework throughout the promotion for MK9.

Icebaby Wrote:
If Liu Kang is to return for this next game, playable or not, would you want him to be siding on the good side, the evil side, or be neutral?

I'd say a mix between evil or neutral

Yes I would. I want a variation dedicated to those blood tendrils

52. If Lui Kang does return, I want him to come back with a harder edge, closer to MK Legacy, but not be outright evil. Just a guy who has lost faith in Raiden and wants to save Earthrealm on his own.

53. I'd like Skarlet to return mostly from a gameplay and visual perspective. I like the idea of a character that is not only made of blood, but also uses blood as a weapon. I think there are some interesting things that can be done with that.

49) Meat because he knows Shang Tsung's flesh-building abilities one-by-one and he might divulge secrets behind defeating him
50) Give her more character development
51) Mortal Kombat
52) Neutral or chaotic evil. I just want to see him beat the crap out of Raiden
53) Nah we already have Nitara as a blood character

51. I am thankful for the epicness of Mortal Kombat.

52. I want to see Liu Kang in MKX. Evil, not evil, it doesn't matter.

53. Skarlet is a good karakter, in my opinion. Return in MKX or maybe MK11.

52. I am thinking neutral with a twist of slightly corrupted anti-hero, being straight up for the side of evil doesn't seem very Liu Kangish to me lol I wouldn't be mad or upset if he was evil, it would just be strange at first.

53. Sure, especially if she becomes relevant to the story. With Shao Kahn dead, she should be free, which opens a lot of doors for her IMO.

#51 Definitely evil. That was one of the few promising angles in the second season of Legacy and I'd like to see it play out in the games. I loved the "evil god" render in his MK9 ending.

#52 I would not want Skarlet to return. She was a pointless Ermac clone with no story who became just another huge set of knockers in the name of fan service for MK9, a whopping eighteen years after the rumors started. Also the worst-selling out of the four DLC characters.

54.Tobias would have let Ed Boon let the bosses be playable on MK9 and probably had Smoke be a cyborg again and it would probably be a better game for it. As for MKX I think the game is good without him atleast for now.

54. Im not sure, but I bet it would be just as awesome. Excluding MK9, he was involved with my favorite games in the series to date (MK1, MK2, UMK3) so I imagine it would awesome, I don't know if I can say it would be better, but I doubt it would be worse.

55. Not sure, maybe Stryker, I say that because in all of MK history I have yet to like him even once, so maybe him being MK's Robokop would make him cool lol

Forty-Seventh Question:

Do you think there can be a different type of Mortal Kombat game, such as a card game (like Hearthstone) or a RPG, or anything else besides a fighter/adventure?

Of course, MK is more than a fighting game, I think its possible to explore new types of games as long as the MK staple is present: a dark atmosphere with lots of gore.

Forty-Eighth Question:

Kira or Jerek, you must pick ONE to have redemption.

Kira.

Forty-Ninth Question:

You find yourself up against the Deadly Alliance, they allow you to have a partner to even out the match, but your only choices are: Mokap or Meat (Armageddon version, not MK4), who would you choose and why?

Meat, seems like an unpredictable opponent, plus he must hate Shan Tsung's guts.
Fiftieth Question:

Sheeva may not be a fan favorite, if she isn't one of those you like, how would you change her? (Saying, "By not being in the game at all" is not an option)

More development, maybe a different direction in her characterization, though it wont be easy.
Fifty-First Question:

Since today is Thanksgiving, what are you thankful for in Mortal Kombat?

For being one of the few fighting games with an interesting story (IMO)
Fifty-Second Question:

If Liu Kang is to return for this next game, playable or not, would you want him to be siding on the good side, the evil side, or be neutral?

I believe evil would be too much of a change for the epitome of goody two shoes, neutral with a vendetta against Raiden is more believable.

Fifty-Third Question:

Would you like to see Skarlet return?

Not really.
Fifty-Fourth Question:

What would Mortal Kombat be like if Tobias was still around?

More creative designs and more memorable characters from the PS2 era.
Fifty-Fifth Question:

What non-cyborg character would be interesting to suddenly turn cyborg?

None for me unless is a Lin Kuei

55. Cyborg... Frost, maybe? Haven't seen a female cyborg yet so if they had to, it's an option.

If Liu Kang returns I'd like to see him be Neutral. More of an Anti-hero but definitely not evil.

Yes I'd like to see Skarlet return. Why even bother making a character if you have no plans for that character?

If Tobias were still in the picture I'm sure there'd be a lot less plot holes and a more well rounded story.

If I could turn anyone into a cyborg it would be Ermac. For no particular reason.

Meat because he can throw body parts at his opponent to disgust them and they will retreat.

Fiftieth Question:Âa

I like her, but she can use new moves and fatalities.

Fifty-First Question:Âa

Since today is Thanksgiving, what are you thankful for in Mortal Kombat?Âa

My Thanksgiving was back in October and besides I'm late on this lol.

Doesn't matter as long as he gets his revenge on Raiden and kills him.

Fifty-Third Question:Âa

Would you like to see Skarlet return?Âa

No! Nitara please grin

Fifty-Fourth Question:Âa

What would Mortal Kombat be like if Tobias was still around?Âa

#54 Well, for starters, we'd have gotten better storytelling in MK9 instead of the jumbled mess that was the story mode. Maybe also more depth to the 3D characters that have gone ignored.

#55 Kitana.

I would have to say Kitana. I'm not a huge fan of hers, but I believe that it's about time for us to have a female cyborg, and since Kitana is "dead", why not turn her into a cybernetic killing machine!
