Looks like he will be just as much fun to play as he was in MK9. Correct me if I'm wrong but I didn't see the ice parry in his special move list which is a shame. It was definitely one of my favorite tools of his in MK9 but he looks like he has more than enough to make up for it. Really interested in the potential of those drone buffs.

Triborg is so fucking cool man. Like damn when people first started talking about the idea of mashing all the cyborgs together I was completely against it, but NRS did a really fucking good job. I can't wait! All the fatalities of the new characters are looking really fucking good too.

Alien fatalities and new costumes are up!! Makes me wonder if the chestburster seen birthing from Jacqui is the aliens win pose?

Any word on if Tremor actually got that Klassic skin that was rumored?

Damn! Cyber Sub looks pretty sweet.

Wow that looked awesome. He has kinda been the variation I've been least concerned about but he actually looks really cool. Those floating Orbs kinda reminded me of Demolition Sonya's grenade stuff, looks like they enhance his moves and maybe give a mix up?? That advancing orb powered overhead thing coupled with low hitting bombs that freeze could potentially make Cyber Sub the go to tricky set up character over Cyrax. March 1st cannot come soon enough.

Also does enhanced dive kick make him slide on his fucking opponent?! that is so goddamn amazing.

Why isn't his name Pentaborg?

Because Penta means 5...

Quadborg, Tetraborg seem too cumbersome. Cyfourg kinda works though.

Maybe it's not a numeric designation, and instead refers to his EFFORT to revive the Cyber Initiative. He tri-es too hard. Revive the Cyber Lin Kuei/Tekunin? Nice tri, borg...

First of all... You are right about Penta. My stupid mistake.

But the rest... naah TRIborg for sure his a reference to Cyrax and Co. Just look at his fatality and intro. Always 3.

But with Sub there as well even the name makes no sense.

I don't think Cyber Sub is meant to be a part of Triborg. He doesn't appear in the intros and fatalities. He's just a fun easter egg hidden in Triborg.
