Man the dizzy fatality kombat modifier makes matches so tough. I was playing a first to win three rounds wins match (In Mortal Kombat 1 (2023)) as scorpion against sub zero with the modifier active. Both of us throughout had to play skillfully to win rounds as normal, but also play defensively and staying in the air to avoid going dizzy from the modifier. Scorpion won round one, then sub zero won round two. In round three, it was super intense but sub zero made a huge mistake and failed to block or jump, and he went dizzy. It was super challenging but I managed to input scorpions fatality just in time! Sub zeros health cleared to zero instantly, scorpions rounds won bar went from one to three (while sub zeros stayed at 1), then the HUD disappeared, the screen darkened, and the game officially transitioned into the fatality and sub zero was finished off completely. It was an awesome and hard fought match but scorpion won! I recommend this modifier if you really want something to test your skills and find out who the best fighter of the match is!
