Do you think Hydro will make the cut ?

I think he will grin Why else they'll put him in MK Legacy ? + they need to replace some cyborgs with new ones, they are going for new characters so why not ? What do you think homies ?

Why else would the put him in Legacy? For the sake of having more characters other than ones we know and to build more with the characters and the story, dir.

And to answer your question on if he should be in? No. This game doesn't need him.

What Kevin Tancharoen did with MK Legacy has absolutely nothing to do with what NRS are doing with the games.

Oh, oops, wrong board.

But anyway, what could he do, that Rain couldn't? I admit to not being very familiar with Hydro's rumored moveset. I know he's supposed to be a ninja, of course. Well, if he doesn't significantly differ from Rain, his color pattern could always be used for Rain's mirror self, in mirror matches, perhaps.

Well he's never been a character in a game so he doesn't really have one.

Unless you count the Mugen version, who basically has Glacius's power to melt and do an uppercut and the T-1000's power to turn his limbs into blades.

Wouldn't he have a mix of electricity/water specials? He would be a mix of Raiden (electricity) and Rain (water).
No one should ever refer to Rain having electricity, because he has lightning. They are two very different things.

I'd be in for this character considering he would be a new comer. A cyborg with electricity water specials...that would be sick! Considering him only if Cyrax and Sektor don't make the cut.

He was put in Legacy strictly for nostalgia purposes-they went back seventeen years to dig him up from that awful Malibu series, ffs-while needing a disposable character for the show.

The last thing we need for the game is yet another Lin Kuei character. The inclusion of Frost has done enough damage. So no.

I hope he dehydrates into vapor forever.

IF Boon puts in Hydro and leaves out Rain, I will never ever buy another MK game again.

Hydro was in the MK comic actually had to check my comic first because I didn't even remember the guy. I hope he doesn't show up, would just seem trite in my opinion.

YES to (Human)Hydro as an NPC hidden fight OR challenge tower fight (Like Ruutuu and Stuntman) ONLY.

NO to a playable Cyber Ninja.

I'd be ok with an alt skin for Rain.
