In MK4, he had moves of which ever character you chose, and the name in the power bar was of that character, not Meat's. Which makes him seem like a pointless Character at first..... BUT, they could redesign him, and give him his own moves, and bio, and such...
What do you think, should he be in the next game?

There is already havik who is more origibnal in any way. No need to bring in a "backup Skeletor" for Mortal Kombat. Maybe Meat was a contraption created by Havik to scout ahead.
