So I guess its pretty much inevitable that we will have a guest in MKX.
They better not put in another stupid scary movie character like Jason Dorkees or a DC character. Sweet tooth is also a horrible choice. Now predator aint so bad.

The best guest character for me would be Adam Jensen from Deus EX Human Revolution, but I can only hope of that happening. If thats the case it better be the original Dante. Hes so much better and cooler than that DMC a*swipe

Yeah, dude. There's just no place in Mortal Kombat for a deformed, possibly immortal, machete-proficient killing machine. I'm not sure the mouthbreathers are who you think they are.

I actually like the Black hair Dante. While the original had this very cool feel to him, the black haired one felt.... human. I dunno. I like them both don't get me wrong.

I've long since passed the point of caring to deliberate whether or not guest characters have a 'place' in MK (or about what anyone thinks about what I think). They inherently don't, no matter how well they fit or don't fit into the universe. They're guests, they're there for profit and promotion, and I'm not going to get into their aesthetics. That's not the point.

Based on Freddy sales, it's going to be Jason. I'm just hoping they get the announcement over with and don't drag it out; I do appreciate them letting us know early on however.

Nein. They are going to do the same with MK9. Have 4 silhouettes, 3 will be actual MK characters and the last will be Rambo.

Rambo would actually be absolutely hilarious.

I'd love for the guest to be Conker! Sadly, he'd be exclusive to the X-Bone version. Fortunately, a guest character every versions could have is American McGee's Alice!

Or how about the South Park kids! Or Tofu from Resident Evil 2! Oh my god, so many possibilities here!

How about the main character from Darkness? The guy does have guns, but, think of the creatures that his arms turn into. I'm pretty sure he could work and I think the games (1&2) were on both consoles (PS3/XBox360).

We could maybe even get Jokes
