To their credit though, they really couldn't have picked a better time to show off some gameplay. The competitive world will still have MKX freshly in their minds and will tune in to find out the "more" that's coming.

lol They've already lost me for a good long while but not because of SFV. I just have a giant backlog of games I need to play. I'm slowly going through Far Cry 4 right now (which has been sitting in a pile for literally a year now), I still need to finish my run through of Rise of the Tomb Raider, haven't touched Halo 5 yet, nor have I touched Assassin's Creed Syndicate....and I'm waiting until after the holidays to even begin Fallout 4 because I know once I dive in I'll have to commit all of my free time to it. lol

So......even though I'm buying Bo' and Triborg, I won't be trying them out likely for a good long while. MKX lost its priority for me a LONG time ago.

I'm really shocked that it seems they maybe doing the "1 Character per month" approach. I mean...do they really expect interest to hold out that long?

They don't announced what's coming along with the characters in the pack yet (skins and for who, possible klassic fatalities, etc)

Completely agree. I can't believe they're gonna do the one by one thing again. Its not even like they have to release one and then start WORKING on the next one, all of the characters have gotta be fucking done by now. Do they really think giving people the chance to play letherface in fuckin June is gonna distract them from Street Fighter??? God damn what a train wreck, lol

Only way to take from street fighter V would be to release KP3 for cheap have Sareena, Jade, Fujin, and Akuma in the pack. Why Akuma? Because guest characters are here to stay now and he looks cool in Tekken. Ragging Demon Brutality/ Fatality.

Technically, anger & outrage count as ``excitement``...

Yeah if that Kast isnt until January 24th, that means we probably wont get the first character until like February, then March, April and May...With SFV and KI Season 3 both in action around the same time, I don't think the 1 a month thing is going to work to their benefit. At least do two a month, or be awesome and release them all at once :D

Killer Instinct isn't a great example, because the pretty much do the same thing. A character a month.

My money says we'll likely get the first KP2 character the Tuesday following ESL finals. That's typically how the Kombat kasts/releases have played thus far.

Oh I know, I was mainly mentioning KI because its another fighter thats going to be releasing new content around the same time, just more MK will have to compete with. With SFV rolling out in February, and KI also releasing monthly sometime in 2016 MK is going to have a lot more competition than they did this Spring with the first KP.

Speaking of KI, apparently the season 1 pack is free on XB1 Games with Gold in January.

Geez they are stringing this shit out! So for people like me who are only interested in triborg are probably going to have to wait till mar/April before we see any game play assuming he will be last which I think he definitely will be.

I'm guessing they'll release the characters in the order they were revealed at the end of the trailer, just like they did with KP1. So it'll probably be Leatherface, then Tri-Borg, then Bo' Rai Cho, and Alien will be last. If the kombat kast is the 24th of January, the first character might be released a couple days later on the 26th, since it's a Tuesday.

KP1 didn't come out in order. Predator came before Tremor.

My mistake. You are correct. My release wish list would be Alien, then Tri-Borg, then Leatherface, then Tubby McFats. I mean Bo' Rai Cho.

I want Leatherface and Triborg, then I don't care who comes first between Alien and Bo. I guess save Bo for last since he is the one I am least interested in and will probably only play him once to beat klassic tower and see his ending lol
