I feel like this could have gone in the other thread since we are discussing 3D characters.

Just because PS2 era characters are being discussed doesnt mean the topic is compatible. Imagine an MK where only MK4-MKA characters were featured. The new ones, I mean. Kai, Fujin, Kenshi, Havik, Daegon etc.

I think this would be pretty interesting. Plus theres not much else to talk about at the moment...

I would like it very much, to be honest.

I grew up with these characters. I feel the same for Li Mei, Bo Rai Cho, Frost, Tanya, Fujin, Kira, Havik, Sareena, and Hotaru as I do for Scorpion, Kitana, Sonya, Baraka, Reptile, Sindel, Raiden, and Sub Zero. I would be all for it.

That would be the day the MK franchise is dead to me.



I rather they completely wipe the roster clean and use all new faces rather than just 3D era scrubs.

Me too. I will gladly sacrifice characters like Noob Saibot, Rain, Jade or Johnny "Awesome" Cage if we can ride out characters like Scorpion, Sub-Zero or Raiden, specially in front of Li Mei, Mavado, Havik, Kai or Ashrah...

Like I said in the other thread, if the charcters play well enough I really don't care.

Eh, as long as there's no Jarek, Tanya, Fujin, Bo Rai Cho, Li Mei, Mavado, Nitara, Hsu Hao, Sub-Zero with tits (Frost), Mokap, Shujinko, Ashrah, Kobra, Darrius, Kira, Taven, Daegon, Meat, or Zombie Liu Kang I'm fine. Oh wait, that's nearly all of them.

I'd feel quite displeased. The only redeeming quality would be Quan Chi, and Havik.

If they put some effort like they did in MK9 and MKX then sure, it would be pretty interesting how it would turn out.

If it is a in between sort of thing then yes kind of like they do with the Assassins Creed games that may tie into the other games story.

I only played the base release of MK9 I never got to experience a revamped Kenshi or any of the other DLC, though He was one of the better additions to the roster of MK:DA, my issues with 3D characters mostly stem from MK4 and Deception.

I wont have any problem whatsoever with most of them since i grew up with the 3d games, but Mokap can stay out :/ horrible excuse for a character

If they were done well I wouldn't have a problem with it. I think that's as simple an answer as I can give.
