is Ed Boon Playing Mortal Kombat 9 All Ready ?

Our user Shangtsung has posted a picture from PS Network which shows Ed Boons gamercard. Nothing special?

Of course! Because he is playing Mortal Kombat 9! The pictures of the trophies are at the moment the same than the ones in MKvsDC, but they will be changed probably.

if this is even real...I would like to point out I think that if you look at the gamer ID words...they are in German. Does anyone know if there are or is any German game expos or anything that are going to happen soon in Germany?

Gamescom starts in Germany on August 22nd 2010.
Not exactly soon but the only one I'm aware of in Germany.

They are in german, because a german guy who has an german PS3 has made the photo. If you turn your console into another language, all texts will turn aswell ;)

This is a real nice find if true. Hopefully the screenshot hasn't been doctored. How does the PSN pull in the "Now Playing" variable? Do they have to be playing an online game or can it be any as long as your connected to the network?
