I'm a little surprised that we didn't see variations for Scorpion, Kotal, Cassie and Ferra/Torr first before they debuted Raiden and Kano's. Probably just capitalizing on current character hype.

Now that I think about it, Kano resembles Jarek's MK4 model; specifically his hair and beard.

.... He looks nothing like Jarek. How are you about to compare his dope brand new design to that garbage character.
